Orders are processed within approximately 4 to 10 business days from payment confirmation.

Once processed, the order will be prepared and handed over to the carrier.

🏠 Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

Runny™️ is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International shipments may be subject to taxes, duties, or other additional charges depending on the destination country.

These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

❗ Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before processing.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified, as it is in transit.

📦 Deliveries and Liability

Once the order has been marked as delivered by the carrier at the provided address, Runny™️ is not responsible for any subsequent losses, theft, or other issues.

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or fails to collect the order within the timeframe specified by the carrier, the order may be returned or destroyed by the shipping company, without the right to a refund.

📸 Order Issues

If you receive a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching evidence (photographs or videos) so we can assess the situation.

Without this evidence, no claim can be processed.
