Refund policy

1. Right of Return (30 days)

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

Be unused and in perfect condition
Retain its original packaging, wrapping, and protective materials
Have not been tampered with or altered
Include all original accessories
Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order slip, invoice, or confirmation email)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, you must first contact us at:

Order number
Reason for return
Photographs of the product (if applicable)

Once the request is approved, we will provide you with the shipping instructions and address.

❗ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

Defective product
Product damaged during transport

In these cases, we will cover the corresponding costs.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching clear photographs.

We will evaluate the case and offer a suitable solution (replacement or refund) at no additional cost.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns are not accepted for:

Personalized or custom-made items
Products on final sale or clearance
6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, you must:

Request a return of the received item
Place a new order

7. Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days, without needing to provide a reason.

The product must meet the same conditions indicated above.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of product defect.

8. Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected:

We will notify you if the refund has been approved.

It will be issued to the original payment method.

The estimated processing time is up to 10 business days.

9. International Orders

For orders outside the European Union, conditions may vary according to local legislation.

The customer will be responsible for any additional costs (customs duties, taxes, etc.), except in cases of product error or defect.

10. Responsibility After Delivery

Once the order has been successfully delivered to the indicated address, we are not responsible for any subsequent losses, theft, or incidents.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before processing.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as the package is in transit.

In case of any issues, the customer can contact our customer service team to assess the situation.

Additional Return Conditions

The product must be returned and received at our facilities before any refund can be processed.

No refunds will be issued for returns that have not been received or that arrive in a condition other than that specified in this policy.

Runny™️ reserves the right to refuse returns sent outside the established timeframe or without valid tracking.

Partial Refunds

If the product is returned with signs of use, damage, or without its original packaging, we may issue a partial refund or refuse the return.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products.
